Time Limit

After-sales service is available after the order is paid for and before the order is closed.

 

 

Except for the important interpretation, we will make a Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:

 

  • Please make sureyou inspect your order on delivery and check if it's in good condition.
  • Docalpetswill issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part).

 

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Please contact us first before returning the item.
  • The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

 

 

What you can't send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

  • All custom products do not support returns.
  • All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used products are not returnable.

 

 

How To Return & Refund

To start a return, you can contact us at docalpets@gmail.com. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as a code that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

 

 

International Shipping & Returns:

Shipping will be calculated at checkout! If you cannot calculate the shipping cost at checkout, please reach out to support at info docalpets@gmail.com for assistance. ALL International buyers are responsible for import taxes / duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs, import duties, or any fees incurred for importing.
